God, I've got a lot of blogs to catch up on. I suck.

And I'm not even completely referring to reading - I have a lot of crap in my head that needs to find its way out. But I'm a bit torn between channeling it through blogs or just keeping it in the big primordial ooze of my "creative process". Dunno.

I'm kind of disappointed in that it's taken me this long to really start ramping up on the sequel to the book I wrote last year. Granted, I was doing re-writes and edits up through May or June. No, wait, I added some new bits just last month. So yeah.

My original hope last year was to have likewise run through book 2 and been ready to start on book 3 next month. I guess I'll have to settle for being a book behind.

It would definitely help if work wasn't sucking my last braincell out my ass.

Speaking of which.
